My Education

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College with a specialization in Sex Therapy. I have additional trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and ADHD/Autism Diagnosis.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic practices to support deep healing and self-awareness. IFS helps you gently connect with and understand your internal parts, while EFT guides us in exploring and healing relational emotions and attachment patterns. Somatic work brings attention to the body’s wisdom, helping release stored trauma and restore safety. Together, these methods create a compassionate, embodied space where you can build emotional resilience, authentic connection, and greater self-leadership.

My Journey

My journey to becoming a sex therapist is rooted in personal healing. Being raised in a Religious home, I grappled with body and sexual shame imposed by numerous "shoulds." Discovering the freedom to create a life beyond familial and societal constraints as an adult was transformative. I'm driven to guide others in gaining insight, aligning their lives with personal values and boundaries.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my partner and daughters playing board games and watching movies. I also enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park, and spending time planting and propagating indoor plants.
