ADHD/Autism
Do you sometimes feel like your brain just works differently, and it can be hard to navigate daily life or relationships?
Maybe you…
Feel shame about being neurodivergent
Experience confusion about your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors
Struggle to make sense of social cues or routines
Have difficulty communicating needs or boundaries
Get stuck in patterns that feel frustrating or overwhelming
Wish you could build more self-compassion and understanding for yourself
If any of these resonate with you, exploring these challenges in a supportive space could be a valuable step toward understanding yourself better and thriving in your daily life.
How does therapy for neurodivergence work?
In our work together, I focus on helping you understand how your neurodivergence shows up in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Using an IFS, EFT, Narrative, and somatic-informed approach, we explore patterns that contribute to shame or self-criticism, build insight into your internal parts, and practice skills for managing overwhelm, communication, and emotional regulation. Together, we cultivate self-compassion and strategies that support you in living authentically and with more ease.
If you’re navigating neurodivergence, know that you’re not alone, and support is available. Reach out today to explore whether working together could be a helpful next step.
